What you’ll be up to:

You’ll be the friendly face and strategic brain behind some of our most exciting client accounts. Expect to:

• Build and maintain great relationships—emailing, calling, meeting, and generally being a joy to work with.

• Help craft and drive digital strategies alongside our Head of Client Performance (think growth, results, and opportunities to wow).

• Be the glue between our internal teams and the client—ensuring everything’s clear, on-track, and high quality.

• Own the results—leading on reporting, performance updates, and ensuring we always deliver what we promise (and more).

• Add that extra sparkle—whether it’s insights, ideas, or showing the client a bit of love when they least expect it.

What we’re looking for:

• Agency experience managing day-to-day client relationships.

• First-class communication and organisational skills.

• Ridiculous attention to detail (you notice everything).

• Solid understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, Content, etc.).

• Creativity, drive, and a collaborative mindset.

• Results-focused and always looking for ways to go further.

• Commercially savvy—you understand the value we bring to clients.

Salary: Negotiable and Dependent Upon Experience
