All sites are BRC accredited by SAI Global to grade A standard.

Sites 1 & 2 at Brompton-on-Swale are also EC licenced cutting plants and inspected regularly by the Meat Hygiene Service.

Site 3, our cooking facility at Leeming Bar is EC licensed by our local authority.
